Resort has 45 Holes of Golf, 38 tennis courts, water sports, bicycling, fitness center, Kids’ Klub,
exercise studio, Island House Spa (over 50 spa services in 12 newly renovated treatment rooms)
Newly renovated suites with flat screen TVs, microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee maker in all rooms. Full daily housekeeping provided. Room rate includes daily use of tennis courts, use of the fitness center, one double beach lounger with cabana or umbrella per room per day, parking, bicycles, local and 800# calls and high speed internet access.

Guest Packages
Limited number of packages available with airfare from Houston (23 seats) or Chicago (10 seats), 3 Nights Lodging, Travel Insurance and Airport/Hotel Transfers if air package purchased. Travel Insurance only covers that portion of the trip purchased from Timeless Travel and Tours, option A, Lodging only or option B, Lodging and Air. Price does not include gratuities or meals except for the wedding reception. Prices are per adult (18 and up) with a minimum of two adults per room. See separate pricing for children (ages 2-17). All suites have a King Bed and queen sleeper sofa.
2 BR units have a King Bed, double/double and queen sleeper sofa.
Price per child with airfare (ages 2-17) staying with 2 adults: $450 per child
Price per child (ages 2-17) without airfare staying with 2 adults: $150 per child

 

Deposits and payments
$300 deposit per adult due with registration ($100 is nonrefundable)
$150 deposit per child due with registration ($75 is nonrefundable)
Final Balance due August 15th if payments are not received by the due date, then the reservation is cancelled and all deposits are forfeited.


All reservations must be made by July 15th for the group rate. Reservations may be made after July 15th by calling 832-236-4429 for availability and pricing.

Cancellation Fees
Up until August 15th may cancel with just $100 nonrefundable deposit
After August 15th, the following cancelation fees apply (per person):
50% of total cost if cancel by Sept 5th
80 % of total cost if cancel by October 3rd 
After October 3rd, no refunds
